The main house has 4 rooms.
- Room 1 – Two singles | bathroom with shower ensuite
- Room 2 – Double be with single Bunk | sharing bathroom
- Room 3 – Double be with single Bunk | sharing bathroom
- Room 4 – King size with 2 Singles | bathroom with shower ensuite | Aircon

The estate features 11 dams, regularly stocked with Rainbow and Brown Trout, ensuring a rewarding fishing experience. Dams are replenished every three weeks with fish ranging from 800g to 1.5kg, while trophy-sized fish up to 3.5kg are introduced from growing-out ponds—offering anglers the thrill of landing “the big one.

Rod – 4 to 6 Wt 9ft
Reel – 20lb Braid backing, equivalent to rod, good drag
Line – Floating and Intermediate ( 1 each)
Leader – Selections of 3x-5x tapered Leader in 9-12ft
Terminal – Selection of 3-6x Tippet, Tippet Rings, Floatant
Flies – Streamers, Bait fish patterns and a selection of dries and nymphs
